Nico Kuyt is the Alex Jones of ISKCON!

All the evidence provided here is nominal compared to the damaging words that come from none other than Nico’s own son Sudda Sattva. He suffered so much dysfunction from his father that in 2018, he created a whole website specifically to warn others about how dysfunctional his father is. The details of those condemnations are presented separately under the heading: “What You Need To Know About Nico Kuyt!” This presentation makes the comparison between the extreme, left wing, loud-mouth, attention addict Alex Jones and Nico Kuyt.
Who is Nico Kuyt? (Once known as Nityananda das from New Orleans Circa 1971)
This editorial will explain why Nico Kuyt is the ISKCON version of the hyper delusional sociopath Alex Jones. He originated the entire Poison Conspiracy (P-Con) fraud for his own chronic attention getting needs. Narcissists who are incapable of getting public acknowledgement for honorable worthy achievements resort to getting the attention they crave in unhealthy and devious ways. That is the only rational explanation for why Nico Kuyt has spent so much of his life and savings promoting the reckless and illogical propaganda behind the P-Con.

Who Is Alex Jones?
Alex Jones runs the website Infowars and promotes outrageous conspiracy theories. He also sells an array of untested snake oil like health products of questionable usefulness to those foolish enough to purchase them. He attracts an eccentric phobia driven audience of questionably sane individuals. Alex Jones makes a fortune from his deranged audience telling them fantastic stories that are beyond credibility. What brought his empire down was how he misrepresented the Sandy Hook Tragedy.
On December 14, 2012, a 20-year-old entered the Sandy Hook elementary school and for no identifiable reason massacred 26 people, 20 of which were children. Alex Jones, in his usual crass manor, broadcasted that nobody died at Sandy Hook and the whole event was a “False Flag” staged by the government The parents of the children who perished were so outraged by Mr. Jones reckless broadcasting they filed lawsuits to stop his lies, deceit, and pain he caused to others. That eventually led to a collective judgement for over a billion dollars, specifically intended permanently bankrupt Alex Jones and shut down the Infowars propaganda machine.
Nico is as Recklessly Sensational as Alex Jones!
Unfortunately, many uninformed individuals, incapable of discerning fact from fiction, have been snookered by Nico’s massive ruse. It is likely that future generations will also not realize how absurd Nico’s allegations are. However, any careful reader will notice that his massive propaganda relies heavily on deimatic posturing, hearsay, gossip, pseudo-science, speculation and character assassination. This is necessary because there is no court-worthy evidence to support the P-Con allegations, so Nico just makes stuff up. For example he claims photophobia is a symptom of cadmium poisoning. But you will not find that anywhere in the medical world as a symptom of cadmium ingestion. Blindly accepting what Nico claims is also true for those who believe Alex Jones. They don’t have the ability to discern rattle mouth from objective reality.
Nico needs a reason to explain how dedicated disciples that gave their life serving Srila Prabhupada went virtually crazy and at the end decided to murder him. To achieve that goal he dedicates 250 pages in his “Kill Guru, Become Guru” pulp fiction e-book to digging up all the trash he could about senior devotees. A closer look reveals that 159 of those pages deride Tamal Krishna Goswami (TKG) for every whimper of dissatisfaction that was ever said about him. So in Nicos perverted world, TKG was the best target to cast as the original villain in the P-Con melodrama.
But when TKG departed in 2003, he had to do the same routine with Bhakti Charu Swami so he could cast him as the new villain in the P-Con revised edition. but…oops. He departed in 2021. So now Nico is resetting his sights to groom Bhavanandas as the master murderer! This is Nico’s concept of court-worthy evidence!
Based on this odious behavior, it is time to consider Nico’s behavior with the same type of scrutiny. Those who have been believing this pathological liar might re-think their allegiances when the realize how contemptuous he is by nature. When they realize what his history has been, they will see that according to the Vedic standards of integrity, Nico does not even deserve to be considered a member of the human race!
Much of what Nico presents as evidence is no more than the ramblings shared by busybody quidnuncs. That is why the whole Section 3.3.7 in DECEPTION is provided to illustrate how much the P-Con relies on the gossip of Mr. Unknown and his Cousin Anonymous. This is one of the most important differences between what Nico publishes and what readers will discover with the DECEPTION research. Reliable work supports what it claims with reasonable evidence. Nico just makes bombastic statements and just expects his fans to accept his distorted world view opinion. For example he proclaims:
“Mayeswara nit-picks, splits hairs, faults everything, and pretends to destroy ALL the evidence of a poisoning. Overkill, clearly a fake smear job.” -SPTD p561
Nico does not tell us what he consider to be nit-picking, overkill or fake allegations? From his point of view, any cross-examination of what he says he considers to be nit-picking. For him “The devil really is in the details which is can not support! Nico glosses over the specifics, and just goes on spewing his own Chewbacca confusion to avoid having to rationally explain important facts such as: “How did Tamal become so expert in finding, mixing, and administering a poisonous cadmium cocktail that no one else had ever done before?” The entire P-Con relies entirely on everyone just going along with Nico’s opinionated, misleading and self-serving proclamations.

These comments are exactly what we would expect from a hallucinating psychotic. DECEPTION may restate some of the criticisms about Nico absurd allegations, but it also reveals many unaddressed examples of his very intentional fraud. Those points he refuses to acknowledge because they expose how contrived the P-Con is. To this day no one who supports the P-Con charade has been able to coherently explain why…
1) …Nico said Dr. Morris was expert at hair analysis when Srila Prabhupada’s hair was his first study!
2) …he proclaims HDG said “I have been poisoned” when Naveen Krishna admits he never said it.
3) …a $50,000 award promised for P-Con evidence to convict was posted if there already is such evidence?
4) …were HDG,s comments about rogue liquor & cigarette industries wanting to kill him attributed to devotees?
5) …Nico claims photophobia is a symptom of cadmium poisoning but it is not listed as such anywhere!
6) …TKG is accused of forbidding doctors & modern medicine when HDG forbid that since 1967!
7) …Nico exaggerates Jack Mitchel’s equipment, experience, credibility & forged forensic credentials!
8) … Nico misleds audio studies which only confirm is the presence of the single word “poison”!
9)…there was NO mention about the several discussions regarding poisons from Srila Prabhupada kidneys.
10)…HDG lived for several months when Dr. Dipankar Chakraborti reported he consumed 250 times normal cadmium levels and “He will be finished. He can’t survive more than three, four days” -KGBG 217
Like Alex Jones, Nico has all the symptoms of a deranged individual. He states whatever is necessary in the moment to get what he wants. He does not honor his word when it fails to yield the desired result thus proving he has no integrity:
“(We)…invite respected devotees from a variety of sectors to cooperate on an impartial investigation.” -KGBG 105
I did an impartial investigation with NO HELP from ANY ONE! But because it did not confirm what Nico claims, now he must discredit it. So he now tells everyone I was hired to cover up a dastardly P-Con coup he believes the GBC conducted. That is not only completely untrue but he offers absolutely no credible reason to believe it. The best he can do is criticize everything the GBC has done and then leap to accusations of murder!
This unfounded distraction is Nico’s clever way to avoid answering all of the inconsistencies pointed out above. The truth is Nico has such a craving to be the center of attention he escalated the gossip of a very impressionable thirteen-year-old into accusations of murder and a world-wide lynch mob campaign!
“…rumors circulated in the Los Angeles devotee community there in 1982 that Srila Prabhupada’s poisoning had been witnessed by a young Vrindaban gurukula boy…(who) was about 13 years old in 1977.” -kgbg 632
It is common knowledge that Srila Prabhpada’s care givers were very concern about the poisons that his kidny were failing to filter out. That is a very reasonable explanation for what the child probably heard if there ever was such a conversation or child! It also explains very reasonably all the bru-ha-ha over the word “poison”. Srila Prabhupada was upset that people THOUGHT he was poisoned because that is what it appeared like when people saw him after he became chronically ill. So to prevent that rumor, he clearly stated: “Not that I have been poisoned!”
Nico has used a variety of dishonorable means to collect significant funds for promoting his ugly P-Con campaign just like Alex Jones has done with his career. The less intelligent class get lured into the dark spin they put on those that make them popular. Nico acknowledges that I am not the first to point out that he is a very disturbed individual.
“Often it is assumed that the “poison theorists” have a secret agenda based on material considerations or are simply deranged, troubled individuals. Or it may be assumed that the ‘poison theory’ has not been substantiated with real evidence.” -KGBG 18
One need not assume anything about the P-Con evidence. Nico may think he has evidence, but every lawyer knows what the rules for evidence are and they all agree Nico has none. The fact that he cannot grasp this point or why so many, including his own family members, consider him to be a deranged and troubled individual, confirms the narcissistic denial he suffers from. This is an observation many other noteworthy individuals have encountered as demonstrated by the following.
When Nico was summoned as a hostile witness to testify at the infamous Robin George case, which he was predominantly responsible for, the presiding Judge Jackman’s describe his testimony with: “No-One, least of all this court, likes to hear from witnesses who only coincidentally tell the truth.”

Jagannatha Dasa aka “Puripada” was intrigued when Nico approached him to assist in presenting the evidence he thought would support the P-Con. However, Puripada soon discovered that the so-called evidence he was asked to present was bogus. When he realized that Nico was actually bribing him to make claims he knew were not true he declared:
“I was asked point blank…to falsify the taped ‘evidence’ by editing it in such a way that it might seem both more damaging and credible to ISKCON’s rank and file. A few words seamlessly shuffled about here and there and suddenly, one dangling scrap of audio becomes a very different animal.” Poison Antidote 2003, c/o Danavir Goswami 20.
Jagannatha Dasa’s testimony is so devastating to the Poison-Con, Nico rages on about him for seven pages (KGBG 367-374) to destroy his credibility in an attempt to minimize the damage of his testimony.
In 1994 Nico entered into a contract with Suddha Jivan Prabhu to purchase land in the North Carolina devotee community. Nico violated the terms of that agreement. In order to prevent him from dishonestly enriching himself $100,000 at the cost of the Efland devotees, Suddha Jivan was forced to take him to court. When Nico attempted to twist the events in his favor this is what happened:
(The presiding judge said) “I have been doing this for twenty-six years and perhaps the problem is I don’t know how to read”. He turned to Nityananda and said, “Is this your signature?” as he pointed to the Vaisnava agreement. Nityananda replied, “yes”. The judge said, “Then you read it” as he handed the Vaisnava agreement to Nityananda. After Nityananda read his own letter (see enclosed Vaisnava agreement) the judge said, “Well, I do know how to read”, stopped Nityananda from any more false testimony, made Nityananda leave the stand and told his lawyer to be quiet! Shortly after the turn of the millennia HH Bhakti Charu Swami decided it was finally time to sue Nico for slander due to his false and malicious statements against ISKCON and the devotees. He hired attorney Brian Westrom to prepare a summons for Nico to appear in court. Nico would finally have a chance to present his P-Con evidence and exonerate himself. One would expect he would jump at the opportunity to roll out all his P-Con evidence for all the world to hear, but instead, this is what occurred:
“I prepared and filed the complaint in the Superior Court of Orange County and to the best of my recollection attempted to serve Nico Kuyt on various occasions with a copy of the complaint and summons…. Despite repeated attempts, I was unable to obtain service… (and) was later informed that Nico Kuyt left the country for an indefinite period and his whereabouts were unknown at the time.” -Affidavit of Brian David Westrom May 8, 2018 (This quote is found in the affidavit in-cluded on page 453 in the DECEPTION Appendix #4.)
Narcissists become infuriated when their cheating is exposed. They have endless ways of denying the facts when confronted by them. They truly believe others are responsible for all the pain they cause, and they believe those who stand up to their selfish world view just don’t realize how well intended and honest they are! When the notorious murdering gangster Al Capone was finally caught, he proclaimed:
“I have spent the best years of my life-giving people the lighter pleasures, helping them have a good time, and all I get is abuse, the existence of a hunted man. All I ever did was supply a demand that was pretty popular. Public service is my motto.” – Al Capone
Like Al Capone, Nico truly believes he is providing a credible service when in fact he is really a pathetic individual so self-absorbed he is incapable of even noticing all those who he has crushes in pursuit of his own agenda. Nico is a living example of the textbook definition of a narcissist. His plea for credibility is actually a subliminal confession of everything he has done:
“I have not altered, tampered with, concealed, fudged, or in any way misrepresented the information I have presented above or anywhere in this book. I swear by Lord Krishna that I have been totally honest and forthright in the research, investigation, presentation, and discussion of all the information given in this book. I have no motive other than the establishment of the truth in these matters.” – KGBG p694
