Please accept our humble obeisances. All glories to Srila Prabhupada. Many years ago, a relatively small group of devotees claimed that some of Srila Prabhupada’s devoted servants had poisoned their beloved guru and caused his disappearance from this world. These con-spiracy theorists accused dedicated Vaisnavas of the greatest evil, and they did so with no credible evidence. No reliable science or witnesses supported their ghastly accusations, and so the Vaisnava community in general rejected their unjust claims.
Recently, an attempt has been made to resurrect this dark accusation, that loving disciples, those who gave their entire life to his service and strived continuously to bring comfort and good health to His Divine Grace, conspired to murder Krishna’s pure devotee. Once again, the accusation is made without reliable science or direct witnesses, or any other form of credible evidence.
The new accusations raise pseudo-scientific arguments that actual science rejects. Therefore,to protect innocent devotees from devastating offenses, the GBC is preparing a detailed re-sponse to the latest accusations, which are themselves the actual poison in this case. The GBC requests ISKCON devotees to focus their attention on serving Srila Prabhupada’s mission and to avoid hearing these monstrous accusations, until the GBC presents a response to the latest poisonous theories.

More Silence Diplomacy?
On December 7th, 2021 I politely reminded the GBC that they had published a commitment to respond to the above promise in some format. Even a short half-page letter would have fulfilled that commitment as indicated in the variety of responds I suggested when I wrote to the GBC at that time:

5) ..endorse DECEPTION, & concur with how it exposes the so-called P-Con evidence as fraud. Case closed!”
Nothing about the P-Con is formal or pleasant. It is essentially a dirty street-fight where those promoting it could break the rules of eloquence while the GBC was constrained by the codes of dignity and imprimatur. Those promoting this horrible rumor had the advantage of being free to publish outrageous, attention getting, sensational propaganda like that found in the gossip driven National Enquirer. Whereas the GBC, acting like the collective pope for ISKCON, had it’s hands tied by the formalities of poise.
What is evident is that the GBC is populated by aspiring Brahmins who have assumed the necessary role of acting as administrative ksatriyas. This is a handicap that will take generations to correct. Ksatriyas are tasked to remove the demons in society upon direction from the renounced Brahmins, who by definition, live austere, detached and are suppose to be free from the agents of pride and accumulation. Their role requires personal integrity and scriptural rigor whereas it is the ksatriyas that must go into the street and actually deal with miscreants who disrupt the peace. I voluntarily accepted the challenge of exposing the P-Con completely, on my own, because the GBC had not adequately dealt with this festering cancer after 20 years. I have asked for nothing from anybody in this regard and now at lease this unleashed venom has been abated. The short diplomatic clip which follows, delivered by Bhakti Caitanya Swami, is apparently the best the GBC could do in acknowledging the effort I made. (Don’t blame the messenger!)

It is not my position to second guess why the GBC chose NOT to fulfill the promise they gave to the pubic in December of 2017, however, I am entitled to my own opinions on the prudence of that decision. I provided the GBC courtroom quality evidence regardless of how they may critique the method I used in doing so. The GBC may remain silent in this regard, however historians will acknowledge that the book DECEPTION exposes the P-Con for the outrageous fraud that it has been. Silence was good diplomacy when there were other much more important things for senior ISKCON management to focus on. Now however the research has been done and very little is required for the GBC to formally set the P-Con record straight. It seems that part of their responsibility to Srila Prabhupada is to do exactly that.
What is even harder to embrace is the fact that ISKCON management then further compounded their culpability by deleting the vow they posted four years earlier on the ISKCONNEWS.ORG website. Doing NOTHING is a form of passive negligence, but actively deleting their formal announcement can only result in raising undue suspicion as to what their motive was in doing that. Now when patrons attempt to visit the URL to read that original GBC promise posted at: (https://iskconnews.org/response-to-poison-allegation,6387/) the official ISKCON reply they get from that site is: “404 Oops!! Page Not Found” But this message is misleading. There is nothing “Oops” about it. It is a deliberate act of Historic Revisionism not different from the very thing the authors of the P-Con attempted to do. Removing this document from ISKCONEWS.Com does not remove the evidence of this promise because it remains ensconced in the book DECEPTION section:
I will not elaborate on the numerous reasons why I feel these actions will result in further criticism and suspicion. I will however point out that considering the nature of those who have been entrenched in the belief that there was a P-Con, this will only continue to unnecessarily perpetuate the P-Cons scandal into the future indefinitely.
For all of those who will do exactly that, and use this poor tactical decision to breath new life into the P-Con, I must remind them that despite what the GBC does the facts have not changed. The Socratic Path to P-Com Truth remains unaffected and will continue to confirm that it was impossible for the P-Con to have occurred. The evidence is as strong as ever for those who really want a clear understanding of Srila Prabhupada’s departure pastimes.
Considering the time, effort and numerous resources I have given to restore Srila Prabhupada’s legacy from this malicious assault on his dignity, I feel compelled to express my deepfelt concerns about how misguided this recent decision appears to be. For 20 years ISKCON was unable to put this issue to rest and even now, after all the tools to send this rumor to it’s grave have been handed to them those responsible for managing this nuisance remain reluctant to act assertively. This hesitancy will just compound the problem by allowing the the P-Con illusion to flourish and assault the weak while emboldening the ISKCON-Bashers and all those who remain in denial about this issue.
There are times when I feel like I have been blessed with the noteworthy spirit of Abhimanyu who charged into battle against the Kauravas that did not hesitation to unjustly kill him at any cost. In that case however, there was nothing the Pandavas could do to save Abhimanyu. My solace is in knowing that I have done what I could and the results of my efforts stand on their own under the title DECEPTION. It will be the historians that will measure the character and integrity of all those who have been part of this controversial chapter of ISKCON’s growing pains.
