As I began to investigate the 20-year-old rumor that Srila Prabhupada was poisoned by his own disciples, it quickly became evident that Nico Kuyt was the origin of the rumor, the principal fundraiser to promote it, propaganda coordinator, primary author, and foremost agent behind all the P-Con fraud. The fact that Nico was committed to following in the footsteps of Harry Barnes, the man responsible for promoting the Holocaust Denial Conspiracy, was a harbinger of the type of alarming absurdity I would eventually discover all through the P-Con.

Then I discovered that Nico made the irrational comparison between the alleged arsenic poisoning of Napoleon to his fictional story of Srila Prabhupada being poisoned with cadmium. Where was the similarity? This allegation was absurd. The real comparison which Nico did NOT notice was the fact that neither Napoleon nor Bhaktivedanta Swami was poisoned! That has been well established by advanced forensics since the turn of the millennia! Ironically another close parallel was how Ben Weider’s fictional novel which popularized the myth that Napolean was poisoning is quite similar to Nico’s P-Con fable. It is almost as if Nico plagiarized the script because both stories have no foundation in truth and rely entirely on the weak-minded members of the public to spread derogatory gossip about others into the prajalpa chain.
Yet despite the overwhelming evidence that indicated how the P-Con propaganda emerged from those living in a different reality, I refrained from mentioning Nico’s name anywhere in the DECEPTION text. Only as a service to Nico’s oldest son, Suddha Satttva, did I include it in the appendix a link to the website he created to warn the public just how mentally ill Nico is. Nico claimed:
“All we want is the truth and nothing but the truth. If it is being hidden from us, then we have to go looking for it.”-KGBG 687
But like nearly everything that comes out of his mouth, even that is not true. DECEPTION provides so many examples of how Nico knowingly misrepresented what others said and many other facts he was aware of. For example, Dr. Morris was a highly trained specialist in Neutron Activation Analysis (NAA), but until Nico approached him with tiny hair fibers he had never done any analysis on hair! Yet Nico boasts otherwise. Why would he do that if he was earnest about engaging in a truthful investigation?
What is even more telling about Nico’s agenda with the P-Con is there has been no rational attempt to dismiss the counter-evidence presented in DECEPTION. It took Nico two years to figure out how to respond to the wall of facts presented there. What is conspicuous by its absence is how NOBODY has made any attempt to answer the challenging questions presented in Chapter 11: “Why So Much Deception?” This would be the first place any honest rebuttal would begin. Nico avoids that area like the man of steel fears krypton because the questions expose his vindictive fraud.
Instead, Nico generates a whole lot more clever distractions that add up to nothing. He is so mixed up, he introduces us to Dr. James Klaunig, a toxicologist from Indiana University who confirms that “hair is a lousy indicator of heavy metal levels in the rest of the body.“ -SPTD p554 He then proceeds to explain how Dr. Klaunig doesn’t know what he is talking about but flips him over again to tell us Dr. Klaunig would agree “The cadmium in Srila Prabhupada’s hair was lethal over a short time.” p555 (But reader beware! This projection comes from Nico, not Dr. Klaunig! This may sound like a medical endorsement of the P-Con, but it’s just a clever way to confuse simpletons into thinking exactly that. There is no video interview of Dr. Klaunig stating he reviewed the facts and is ready to testify as an expert witness on behalf of the P-Con. NO professional would be that stupid and that is why Nico cannot get anyone certified in medicine to sit in front of a camera to endorse his cadmium-laced fantasy!
Regardless of how much Nico attempts to blame all his moral transgressions on everyone else, he has no morals. In 1994 he attempted to swindle $100,000 from the devotees in the Efland NC community. They dragged him into court where he insulted the judge and was ordered to make restitution. (Click Here To Read) It was a confirmation of what the California Superior court Judge Jackman reported about Nico Kuyt’s lack of credibility when he testified for the Robin George case ten years earlier.

Pathological liars assume others do not tell the truth and this is very evident by how much Nico insists the GBC is covering up a P-Con. What is astonishing is what he declares about them, is the very reason why NOBODY should have any dealings with Mr. Kuyt or listen to anything he says… especially in regards to the P-Con!
This is the nature of deceit: once started, it simply becomes more complicated. Often a liar no longer knows what is truth or lie. On a morning walk in Honolulu on June 2, 1975, Srila Prabhupada concisely explained this phenomenon: PRABHUPADA: “That is the way of falsehood. If once you speak something false, then to protect that falsehood you have to take to so many other falsehoods. This is the way of falsehood.” -KGBG 674
At one point Nico requested a “cool-headed, professional” evaluation of the P-Con evidence:
“We should remain cool-headed and not become loose cannons with indiscriminate and unproductive criticism, faultfinding, or lose speculations. May professionalism, determination, patience, gravity, discretion, honesty, non-bias, sobriety, and compassion be our guiding principles as we move forward – KGBG 545
However, graphic plate #4 in this series called “Damage Control” is evidence that Nico has adopted a very different, unprofessional mood. It provides numerous examples of all the colorful words Nico used to discredit my efforts and, more importantly, the fraud I discovered and reported on in DECEPTION. It reveals how desperate and indiscriminate Nico is willing to be. He will do anything to steer the uninformed away from discovering how much he just makes up evidence when there really isn’t any! For example, he states:
“Mandapa das: “Mayesh (the horrible) comes across as a nasty old man full of hate and bias, who could hardly control himself. It must have cost the GBC quite a few bucks. I had business dealings with Mayeswara and he cheated me, so I have little regard for him.” More doozies…” p559
I have been associating with devotees for nearly 50 years and I do not recall ever having any dealings with someone named “Mandapa das” who apparently is from Austraila. I have never been to Australia yet Nico reports that he said I cheated him. Of course, he will not say how, where, when, or for what reason I cheated Mandapa Prabhu… because he just expects everyone to believe whatever he says no matter how absurd it is! The comment about it costing the GBC quite a few bucks is another cheap swipe which I assume is in reference to the GBC paying me to write the “DECEPTION” Coverup.” This is an example of another vacuous statement that has no thread of truth. But it is required to discredit the logic used in DECEPTION which proves to any reasonable individual that nobody could have poisoned Srila Prabhupada the way Nico claims! Yet Nico is compelled to publish such gross dishonesty and ugly slander because it is necessary to keep the P-Con propped up in the minds of the underground, ISKCON-Basher diaspora! Doing so, however, also changes the nature of this P-Con exchange significantly. It is Nico’s agenda that changes the venue from an honest conference room discussion into a dirty ugly street fight! Therefore, based on the wise advice of Chanakya Pandit, the time has come to inform the world just how much of a narcissistic, attention-hoarding, crude psychopath Nico really is.
“We should repay the favors of others by acts of kindness; so also should we return evil for evil in which there is no sin, for it is necessary to pay a wicked man in his own coin.” – Chanakya Niti Sastra 17.2
For some, it may appear that at this point the P-Con is locked in a Redneck-Standoff. Nico accuses me of being: “A confused, wacky, dishonest, cheating, deceitful liar taking wild potshots and using bad science to prop up the corrupt GBC who hired me to conceal their P-Con crime.” I will concede that in my book I have said similar things about those who have promoted the P-Con, which appears to be where Nico plagiarized many of my descriptors! So yes… We both firmly believe in our own perception of the truth, (“Atmavan manyate jagat.”)
This raises the question: “But by what measure do each of us use to confirm the integrity of our own mental health?” For myself, I have always followed the policy in both my career and spiritual life that a devotee is a “friend to all” and seeks the blessings of advanced souls and/or colleagues.
When I read the request for an “impartial investigation into the P-Con” I naively thought it was a genuine invitation.
“(The No-Truth Team)…invites respected devotees from a variety of sectors to cooperate on an impartial investigation.” -KGBG 105
However, it is now evident this comment is just another one of the many routine disingenuous Nico remarks. The GBC had absolutely NO input or control over my two-and-a-half-year study of what happened just prior to Srila Prabhupada’s departure. Yet Nico makes sure everyone is told otherwise! And what was the source he tells us that he relied on to make this assertion?
“Leaks confirmed, however, that Mayeswara extensively worked with the GBC committee which also funded him.”
Yup! This is more of the same type of reliable resources Nico relies on to promote his fib. He has no respectable evidence so he has to rely on those who thrive on local gossip where his informers Mr. Unknown & his Cousin Anonymous provide volumes of very juicy hearsay rumors! (This is all fully documented in DECEPTION Section: 3.3.7.) After accumulating all the evidence that unambiguously confirmed nobody could have poisoned Srila Prabhupada I invested about $10K of my own savings to publish the results in the form of a book and movie that the equipoised, and those who really want to know what happened, appreciate tremendously.
For nearly 30 years I worked at the Naval Surface Warfare Station in Port Hueneme, California, as a Certified Computer Professional. During my career as a Systems Analyst, Database Engineer I was rehired by five different Department of Defense contractors as each contract expired and was awarded to a different company. The essential skill for this type of work is the ability to study vast amounts of data, organize it, catalog it, find similar relations among it, and then tell a computer how to manage it for retrieval. Needless to say Boolean logic, linear thinking, rational problem solving and the ability to read, write, and follow truth tables are all part of the job.
The military also goes to a lot of time and expense to determine who they will award with a clearance to handle “Secret Information.” You can be sure they do not grant that privilege to pathological liars, fraudsters, people desperate to make a fast-dollar, the insecure, convicted drug dealers, and those inclined to accept a bribe, a criminal history, or chronic social disorders, etc. In that same spirit, nobody is awarded academic or career performance awards for being incompetent, disruptive, lazy, untrustworthy, argumentative, irresponsible, or hard to work with.
I am not at all comfortable presenting my professional portfolio to a Vaishnava audience where humility is revered. I expect those who have sold their soul to the P-Con ruse will have a grand old time thinking up new names to call me for such a display of “pure egocentric vanity.” I am also anticipating that the other ISKCON-bashers who disagree with what I understand Srila Prabhupada taught will join their legions to discredit everything I write about to preserve their Back to Aparada meditations. Yet all these criticisms I will dutifully endure in the effort to preserve Lord Caitanya’s movement, a proper understanding of Srila Prabhupada’s historic memory, and the integrity of the senior devotees who established ISKCON as the quasar for humanity. There will always be the Basher colonies that get their jollies finding fault and tearing down those who threaten their distorted worldviews. My work is not expected to be appreciated by that audience. They are free to roam like the crows who find their banquet at the dumpsters where they pull out garbage from their sacred meal. I am writing for the historians and the wise who honor the innocent until proven guilty and are careful not to call anyone a murderer until a conviction is determined in a proper courtroom.
