A Failure to Plan is a Plan to Fail
It did not take long to realize how fabricated the RtVik-Campaign was and how it did not deserve any serious consideration, yet in the minds of a desultory subcommunity, the RtVik fire was building up and it was clearly not going to go away. Keeping in mind that this article was written in 1999, it suggests that a clear plan for dealing with the rising interest in RtVik-Polemics was required. It is usually better to contend with conflict, than ignore it completely. ISKCON was so consumed with the numerous issues related to exponential growth that even though the RtVik revolution had found it’s voice there was no strong plan on how to respond to it.
